Easy Replacement and Return Policy:
At Chicco, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Right of withdrawal/cancellation
If you have changed your mind after placing an order at Chicco.in and you no longer wish to purchase the products ordered but not yet dispatched, you have the right to withdraw/cancel your order within 1 day of placing such order.
Contact our Customer Service, keeping the order number you have placed at hand; One of our operators will support you for every withdrawal operation or send an email to the email address support@chicco.in.
Replacement
Replacement of product is possible on select items within 7 days (unless mentioned otherwise) of item being received by you. If you need to make a replacement of goods received eligible for replacement and within replacement period, please visit order history section in my accounts page and initiate replacement/returns against selected item/s or contact our Customer Service while providing the relevant order code. we will verify the order and the existence and eligibility of the necessary conditions to open a Return/Replacement procedure in respect of the product in your name.
The seller offers the possibility to collect the product via an express courier, directly at the address indicated by the customer, with a cost of INR 50, which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. However, there will be no charge if free delivery was applicable on the original order.
Certain items are not eligible for Replacement/Exchange. Please check in the Product description page in “Shipping and Replacement” section or refer the PDF attached in the Replacement section. Please check the replacement policy for products prior to placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
Replacement of products will be subject to the same being handed over to our logistics service provider in its original packing and condition with original tags intact and should not be damaged or used in any form or manner. The Strollers, Swings, High Chairs, Cots & Cribs can’t be replaced once assembled for use. Our endeavour will be to process such requests within 7 days of receipt of such product.
All requests for replacement of products purchased online must be processed via online platform only and cannot be returned/replaced through our physical stores.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our facility and the quality check has been carried out, your replacement/exchange product will be shipped to your given address, in case of returns, the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.
Refunds
In case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order.
In case of Replacements/ Exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned and after making the balance payment in case the Exchange/Return Product is of higher value .
The entire amount paid by you for the product/service through any of the payment modes, can be refunded in two ways:
· Original source transfer - The amount will be refunded to the source from where the payment was made by customer at the time of placing the order. Ex: If payment was made via Debit Card then the amount will be refunded to the same bank account linked with Debit Card used by the customer at the time of making initial purchase.
In Case of Cash on Delivery - The amount will be credited to your bank account shared by the customer while creating the return. The average time for transfer would to 3 to 4 working days from the day of final confirmation of refund. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Chicco.in will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
